I was sitting here writing, and I looked up and saw a sunset. Beautiful Sunset! It is a nice, clear evening and outside my window, I see the mountains and the sun setting. Now I bring this up because I realized how lucky I am to have two windows.
When I was in Central Prison, there was no window in my cell. In my first room at Marion, I had two windows, but I was on the third floor. That means the windows don’t get cleaned, and you can’t see out of them. In my current room, I am on the first floor. Apparently, the windows get cleaned on the first floor. I can see clearly out of them. It is great to be able to see outside. I know this may seem small, but it is a privilege in here.
I know this is a short blog. Let me remind you of something. Be thankful for what you have. No matter what you have, how little you have, be thankful.
God is good. All the time.
